Initiative summary:

Q’art, a cultural collective from Kosovo, has built their reputation by establishing successful street art festivals in the Western Balkans, like Guerilla Art Festival and Meeting of Styles Kosovo. EED support is allowing them to conduct a country-wide action that uses art to mobilise citizens to take ownership of public space, which is often neglected and mismanaged without transparency. Through their actions, Q’art wants to hold local governments accountable for the management of public spaces.
