The Lebanese Civil Society and Policy Researchers Network on Displacement, in cooperation with the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs and European Endowment for Democracy (EED), cordially invite you to a panel discussion "Addressing Challenges of Refugee Protection in Lebanon: Need for a New Response".
This event is a unique opportunity for European and international decision and policy makers to engage with Lebanese policy researchers, CSO/NGO representatives and activists on the policy landscape governing the management of the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon. Ahead of the “Supporting Syria and the Region Conference” in Brussels, and in view of the numerous commitments from multiple countries, the panellists will seek to showcase policy options that could be taken by the Lebanese government as well as the international community to enhance the protection space, and the efficiency of the humanitarian and development aid response.
